Return Policy

  • Store Purchase: Return within 10 days from the date of purchase of the product(s).
  • Online Purchase: Return within 10 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the KEDAI online store (eshop.kedaikl.com). Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 10th May.
  • Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels.
  • If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable. The coupon code may be replaced at our sole discretion if the product(s) to be refunded is damaged, defective or faulty.
  • Product(s) sold at mark-down prices due to defects cannot be returned.
    Only product(s) purchased in Malaysia can be returned.
    KEDAI KL reserves the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or (ii) there is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
  • KEDAI KL reserves the right to a final decision.
  • KEDAI KL Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.

Exchange process (Walk-In)

  • Visit KEDAI KL.
  • Bring along the original invoice and the product(s) with original product packaging, price tags and labels.
  • Any exchange appointment should be inform prior to day.

Exchange process (Online)

  • Email to enquiry@kedaikl.com your receipt of purchase and personal details including name, phone number and address.
  • Do mention the item purchased on KEDAI online platform for verification purposes.
  • A representative of KEDAI will be assigned to inspect the purchased item to fit the criteria of exchange.
  • Exchange process will take approximately Seven (7) working days once refund/exchange is verified.


DELIVERY

  • Our ability to ship your order to you is only as good as the information that you provide us. Whether you are ordering products for yourself or others, you must ensure that you provide us with a precise address. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures if you don’t give us the correct address or if it is an address that we can’t perform delivery to.
  • If a shipment is returned as unclaimed, undeliverable, regardless of the reason, we shall be entitled to keep you liable for the shipping and handling fees that were associated with that shipment. Deliveries are not available for P.O. Box address. Please check to see that your rental agreement includes signed for/registered items. We highly recommend the items you’ve ordered to be sent to a work or home address due to the signed for nature of deliveries.
  • Shipping will be done according to the costs and methods described on our website. Once we ship your item, we are no longer responsible for its condition or delivery to your chosen address. Any claims for damages on the item should be filed by you against the courier.

Domestic Shipping

  • All domestic order will be shipped by any courier assigned by the vendor whom you have bought the product
  • Available/in stock goods usually are shipped within 1-5 Days after you have placed your order. Ensure your submitted shipping address is correct. KEDAI will not be taking the responsibility of shipment to the incorrect address.
  • *Please allow 1-3 working days for ground shipping. Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. The shipping cost will be given on checkout from your cart before you pay.
  • As per shipping, delivery to states out of Malaysia is unavailable.
